Well as to gluttony a lot of weight issues are related to the types of diets people have not gluttony.
IF people followed something like a Paleo diet rather than a diet full of Corn syrup in everything + tons of carbs problem gone.
If you’ve got a gut bigger than your chest, you’re probably a glutton. Maybe that isn’t true for severely disabled folks but fat is disgusting, it indicates lack of self discipline and disrespecting the body the Lord gave you.
The body doesn’t lie. It might offer you all sorts of temptations, but no one has ever had a gun held to their head to supersize those fries or have that milkshake.
I’m going to work on the beam in my own eye before I worry about the mote in someone else’s. But then I’m a selfish bastard in my own way - two guys holding hands is much like being in a car race and watching two competitors crash into each other; as to their final disposition in the afterlife who am I to know who repents in time?
