Who is 'we'? You wish a democratic vote? What does "democracy" have to do with it? "We" as in believers in Jesus Christ, Christians, the assembly of the firstborn. Believers today have the same authoritative resource (the word of God) that our brothers and sisters in Christ from the start had. Does that help?
