Sure. That’s why he is called a racist, tea-party bigot on every lib website. Because he is so liberal /s
Actually conservatives call him pro-amnesty, pro-gay marriage, weak on national defense and foreign policy, and anti-conservative since he called for the GOP to move left and drop social conservatism.
They aren’t too thrilled by his GOPe politics and support, and support for McConnell either.
Wow. He has a 100% grade from National Right to Life. Hard to improve on that I think. I am sure you have no evidence of him being pro-gay. His focus is on an out of control tyrannical government that targets conservative Christians. In fact, his “being weak on foreign policy” is due to the fact that some of us Christians don’t want the military used to replace secular regimes with Islamic fanatics that persecute Christians. The fact is this culture is poisonous. Government can’t replace the Gospel. I only want a severly limited Government. Go ahead though, and nominate some corny schmuck like Huckabee.
LOL, I tell you
“”conservatives call him pro-amnesty, pro-gay marriage, weak on national defense and foreign policy, and anti-conservative since he called for the GOP to move left and drop social conservatism.
They arent too thrilled by his GOPe politics and support, and support for McConnell either.””
and you respond by mentioning that he is still pro-life. You clearly know more about Paul being a liberal rino, than you are willing to admit.
“rino social liberals”. I simply responded to this ridiculous charge in your first post to me.
Your responses are missing the point, I pointed out that the man you are promoting for the 2016 presidential race is a “”left leaning pro-gay marriage, rino social liberal.””
Except you don’t back up your comments with anything. I at least tried to address all your imaginary concerns. What issue has he “moved left” on?
People feared that Paul was faking being conservative and that he was really a libertarian/rino, their fears have been realized.
Paul has started campaigning on the libertarian platform of social liberalism and weak national defense for the GOP.
Here is what he thinks about our fight against gay marriage and the social conservative GOP platform.
RAND PAUL: REPUBLICANS NEED TO SOFTEN ON SOCIAL ISSUES
“I think that the Republican Party, in order to get bigger, will have to agree to disagree on social issues,” Paul advised. “The Republican Party is not going to give up on having quite a few people who do believe in traditional marriage. But the Republican Party also has to find a place for young people and others who dont want to be festooned by those issues.”
"Libertarian/rino"?
I think that the Republican Party, in order to get bigger, will have to agree to disagree on social issues, Paul advised. The Republican Party is not going to give up on having quite a few people who do believe in traditional marriage. But the Republican Party also has to find a place for young people and others who dont want to be festooned by those issues.
First, I challenge you to explain how the word “festoon” is used in this context. I had to google it and still don’t understand. Secondly, I don’t uses issues like like NSA/privacy, etc to strike a chord with younger voters is bad idea. He is not proposing changing the platform. After eight years of Bush and his “no child left behind”, “Islam is a religion of peace”, DHS gestapo, etc, it seems a little bit unfair of labeling Paul some kind of leftist. His record has been staunchly conservative. Dubya was pro-choice when he ran for congress.
“I dont uses issues li”
Should read “I dont think using issues like”
Yes, the libertarians and/or rinos, are both liberal on social issues and immigration, with the libertarians being to the left of the rinos, both are determined to defeat conservatism within the GOP.
What are you talking about?
The quote addresses gay marriage and moving left on social issues, not NSA, and that is a statement to change the party platform and agenda, not merely to ignore it.
As far as your man using “festooned”, hey, he is your man.
Secondly, they are probably on opposite sides of economic issues, if "libertarian" is a term to be taken seriously.
Third, I really doubt Rand Paul is convinced that he is determined to defeat conservatism within the GOP -- maybe working hand in hand with Susan Collins. He could just as soon accuse you of conspiring to defeat conservatism. Your version isn't any more canonical than his.
Maybe it's too late -- after we've started calling everybody Marxist -- but it's good to avoid rhetorical excesses. There is no libertarian/rino conspiracy and no such thing as a "libertarian/rino."
Rinos and libertarians both exist to defeat conservatism, libertarians do agree with conservatives on economic issues but that is as far as it goes, they are liberals who like conservative economics, and see social conservatism as something that needs to be beaten, they share that with their rino friends, and we see the two starting to discover that they share a common enemy.
Rand Paul cannot use his declarations against conservatism and for gay marriage as a way to attack me and conservatives as being “anti-conservative”.
Rand Paul is campaigning as a GOPe candidate, not as a conservative.
I have no idea about what you mean by “accurate”. Apart from the abortion issue the LEADERSHIP has run up the white flag and adopted social liberal-lite. Moreover, the leadership is working hard to bring the grassroots along with them. This is why I say the Convention should be defunded; it is polluting the local churches and giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
Where is the inaccuracy?
To: Steelfish
It says Southern Baptists, which is easily our most pro-life, conservative voting denomination, in fact the most conservative voting block of any type, and the biggest Christian denomination that is in the pro-life/republican column.

OF course we know...We know they refuse to bow down to your pope or your fake religion...That's why you guys call them a cult...
The Pope is the vicar of Christ and head of His Church on Earth. You guys can go choose from a million variations from Jim Jones to David Koresh and in-between from your local neighborhood foursquare church pastor or Bill Graham or Joel Osteen or Jeremiah Wright who think they can crack open a Bible (the books of which were authenticated by the one Catholic Church) and give the Word of God any silly interpretation they feel as did Jim Jones or Tammy Faye Baker or whatever flavor of Baptists sits well with you. While at it, try out the snake worshipping “Christians” as well, or maybe the Mormons or Jehovah’s Witnesses.
And Mary is the head of your pope...Your popes bow down to Mary...
We saw a vision of Mary and we heard her speak. She told us to pray to her heart and build a shrine to her.
Joh 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
Not Mary...
Joh 10:1 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.
Joh 10:2 But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
Joh 10:4 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.
Joh 10:5 And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.
The Lord's sheep do not hear anyone other than the Lord, including Mary...According to Jesus...
Mary is the mother of us all.
There is, of course, no such thing in the bible...
Satans strategy relies on your believing the lie that Mary is your mother so you could be led to worship the abomination of the queen of heaven.
One deception built upon another...
