The word used in Luke 1:28 is kεχαριτωμένη not χαρις and kεχαριτωμένη is used only once in all of scripture. If you had done any study at all rather than just rely on what the Catholic Church says you would have known that and not asked a question that indicates ignorance of what is being said.
