History repeating itself. Just one resolute bishop in England.

Canon Law forbidding Communion to “manifest grave sinners,” would not be applied to them.

NO justification?! This is pathetic. No wonder real Christians are being persecuted in Britain. Their leaders are WEAK! What would Christ say?

“You have turned my Father’s house into a den of thieves!”

Well it's nice to see them all holding hands and skipping off to Hell together.

It'd be a real shame if anyone had any illusions about the Bishops being somehow different than the rest of the political crowd in England.

The Church has become so lackadaisical about communion that it should offer it freely to non-Catholics.

“But a man must examine himself, and in so doing he is to eat of the bread and drink of the cup. For he who eats and drinks, eats and drinks judgment to himself if he does not judge the body rightly.”

I cannot imagine a scarier thought than taking communion under God’s judgment. And that the Bishops are failing their duty, they will answer for that, and not to me. Frightening.

It will be amazing if more than 10% of church leaders go to heaven. They are so worldly, they don’t even know that their own souls are in grave danger of damnation.

A new crusade should be declared to cleanse England of these heretics.

Subject: Canon 915 / to Cardinal Vincent Nichols

Your Eminence:

I have been following the news concerning Canon 915, Bishop Egan, etc.

I am writing to bring something to your attention which seems to have escaped the notice of nearly every bishop in the U.K. and here in America.

Canon 915 mandates Denial of Communion for the simple reason that giving Communion to those persons described in the canon is ALWAYS GRAVE MATTER. It is ALWAYS gravely scandalous, and it is ALWAYS sacrilegious.

That being the case, no bishop or group of bishops has any authority to have a “policy” of giving Communion to such persons.

To attempt to have such a “policy” is necessarily to command one’s priests, deacons, and EMCs to commit the very mortal sin that Canon 915 prohibits. Obviously, no one on earth—not even a Cardinal—has the authority to command or to pressure any other person to commit mortal sin. Equally obviously, pretending to exert such a power is necessarily itself grave matter.

I am confident that neither you nor the other bishops of the U.K. wish to continue walking around in the state of mortal sin, and will therefore take the ABSOLUTELY OBLIGATORY step, from today forward, of OBEYING Canon 915.

Sincerely,

Fr. ______ ______
