The time of the resurrection is stated clearly in several places to be 3.5 years after the abomination, and “at the last trump.” That places it at the end of the trib, and just before Yehova’s wrath begins.
There will be no seven year pact with Israel. If there were, the Psalm 83 attack would certainly be a total violation thereof.
Yehova’s wrath is for ten days, not 3.5 years. His wrath begins at the end of the 3.5 years of the trib. The ten days is the time from Yom Teruah to Yom Kippur.

Daniel 9:27 (NIV)
27 He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And on a wing [of the temple] he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him.
The Beast violates that 7 year pact at 3.5 years...(at the same time as he kills the 2 witnesses and commits the ‘abomination of desolation).
As for the rapture...It may very well be like you say...with the suffering church having to “slug it out” until the very end. It could be pretrib or post trib. Christ said of his coming, no one would know save the Father in heaven. We know that Christ will come bodily and rule out of Israel for a 1000 years and his saints with him....the rest of it is his secret!
