We like our Religion Moderators, and we don;t usually call them dictators, even when we disagree with them.

Why are you posting such things to me? Why haven't you acknowledged what I've responded to you? What is your point of posting these things to me on this particular thread?

You’ve got a good supply of firewood on your shoulder!

Why the personal attack on me? Why?

Revelation 1
1 The Revelation of Yeshua HaMoshiach, which God gave Him to show His servants—things which must shortly take place.

Shortly take place...

19 Write the things which you have seen, and the things which are, and the things which will take place after this.

The things which will take place after this! Yeshua is already in heaven ergo Revelation 12 is not talking about Yeshua ascending to heaven.

Rev. 4:4 After these things I looked, and behold, a door open in heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, “Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this.”

I will show you things which must take place after this...Yohannan is on Patmos, Yeshua is in heaven.

After this...After this...After this... comprehension and retention nowhere to be found...

I have broken no rules of Free Republic or the Religion Moderator. I responded initially to a post under the heading Latest Articles; it was inconsequential to me that it was originated in the Religion Forum.

The title of the post contained the parenthetical phrase "premillenmial caucus" which could have been part of the article's title or where it was issued. It was not clear that I, a premillennialist, would be getting in trouble with a Religion Moderator and now, an Admin Moderator, for posting my explanation that I did not intend to post in a private Religion forum of Free Republic but as a response to Latest Articles.

But now that you have responded to me in an unFRiendly manner: Please, what did I post on this thread that requires the intervention of an Admin Moderator who obviously has not read all my posts on the thread. If he had, such a blunt statement would have been tempered. I have done nothing wrong but have been repremanded as if I have. Why?

If you do not wish to see Religion Forum posts, do NOT use the “everything” option on the Free Republic browse option list. Instead, browse by “News/Activism.” When you log back in, the browse will reset to “everything” - so be sure to set it back to “News/Activism.”

Repeatedly on this thread, I've mentioned that I did not care which FR forum "owned" the article. As a premillennialist, though, I felt I could comment. So,what is the real reason I've been treated as a FR newbie in this matter today? I have broken none of your (Religion Moderator) rules. I HAVE been treated disrespectfully by a couple of posters and not with civility as a long-standing FReeper should be.

Why the censures and warnings to me today on this thread...on this subject? It's odd and peculiar.

Evidently, you are new to the Religion Forum or the premillennialist caucus on the RF - or at least to the caucus rules on the RF.

And, as you probably have noticed elsewhere on Free Republic, new names are suspect until the regulars get to know them.

I have never indicated that I did not wish to see Religion forum posts on Free Republic. Why would you say such a thing. I do wish to use the "everything option", as you put it.

What I have said is that the title of the article, which included the parenthetical "premillennial caucus" was unclear that only members of this so-called private caucus were welcome to post.

I do not want to be a member of whatever weird private clubs you have going on the Religion forum portion of Free Republic but...I am a pre-millennialist! So, what is the real reasons why you and an Admin Moderator have a beef with me over this?

New names suspect? The year 2005 is too late to sign up as a FReeper and post? Thanks for nothing, Religion Moderator. And yes, you are doing a lot more than just moderating this thread.

Although you and I are going to disagree on how to define the beast, I just want to point out that, by any measure, the US military is fairly miraculous when compared to any other military, past or present.

If this Religion forum...and any "caucus" catch-all mentioning that may invoked on any thread that pertains to religion on FR...is meant to be private to the Religion forum only, then Free Republic would be well served to have a separate login required for admission to all private clubs.

Did I mention you've gone beyond thread moderation and, evidently, have branched into unFRiendly rule of this section of FR. I should have.

I have broken none of your rules and did not try to. What is the real reason for this upbraiding of an established member of Free Republic?

During the last part of the Tribulation, the only people who suffer are the ones who took the Mark of the Beast. A really definitive time in that period. During the last years, believers will be sheltered in (so it is believed) Petra, the Rose Red City. The Beast will attack, but be repelled. It’ll be the one and only safe place for Christians. Christians will live there from the time of the Abomination of Desolation (the complete desecration of the reconstructed Temple) and then from then out it’ll only be a matter of time until Armageddon. Then the Great Appearance and thousand years/Millennium. Then the Devil will be loosed and then eternally cast into the Lake of Fire. From then on out, Eternal Life.

NO attack ever happened.

You are hyper-sensitive for some reason.

Why do you call the RM a tyrant?

And what do you think that means?

That he was determined not to become distracted by peripheral matters.

But watching is most certainly not a peripheral matter.

It is a commanded activity for all in the end times (the time since Yeshua).

That is the plain meaning of the Parable of the Virgins.

It is also declared in the letters to the churches in Revelation.

No, they will suffer after the trib. They are among those against whom Yeshua will make war on his return to Earth.

Only Yehova’s elect will suffer in the trib. It is Satan that does the tribulating.

I think of the Beast as an religio/economic system imposed on the world at large. It will be helmed by that son of Perdition, his false prophet, and an Image of the beast(which is imbued with Satanic power) that all are forced to worship. It seeks syncretise all of the world’s religions under one banner to give the Beast and his system a kind of moral frame work while at the same time making fantastic sounding but false promises about the inherent “godhood” of each man and about the new age of peace and plenty to come.

During that seven year period, even before Jesus comes back for the final battle, my Bible reads that up to 2/3rds of the people of the world get wiped out. Yes, the beast system makes war against the saints...but we also know that for 3.5 years the two witnesses make it very uncomfortable for the Beast and the world’s evil population....so much so that there are mass celebrations all over the world when the Beast is allowed to kill them...and at least for 3 days they stay dead. I have always wondered that when the two witnesses are raised up, God raptures his suffering church with them to escape that last 3.5 years when God really starts pouring down his wrath.

I know the rapture is coming at some point and lots of scriptures can be cited as to when how and so on....probably pre-trib but after the world beast system is in operation though That son of perdition may not have quite taken public power as of yet or he is known for just a short time yet the 7 year pact with Israel had yet to be formulated.(All depends on how one reads Thessalonians as to how one understands the scenario.)
