I knew a couple of pro-life lesbians. They were Christians, too --- Episcopalians. Their thinking was like any prolifes' thinking: that you don't have a right to kill somebody just because you don't want them around.

They also, I think, had had previous bad experiences with men (which nudged them towards lesbianism.) They saw abortion as one more sad, disappointing, and violative thing that comes from sexual relations with men.

Now that I'm thinking about them, I should pray for them. Lisa and Maureen.

What really cracks me up is when I see a 50 year old woman with 6 children, who was married for 30 years, then when all her children are grown, she “comes out” as a lesbian and leaves her husband and starts shacking up with another woman. Same thing with some men who “come out”. And there are still those out there that believe you born homosexual. Absolutely not. It is a choice. A mental disorder.
