I thought oral tradition wasn’t found in scripture.

I never said that at all, nor has anyone else on this thread.

Oral Tradition and Scripture complement and complete each other. They are not in conflict.

There was NO BIBLE prior to the Catholic Church creating the first Bible. Even then, the Bible was a priceless work of art which few actually had the privilege to read, themselves. It was read to them or it was memorized and recited to them.

The vast majority of Christians NEVER read their own Bible until well after the invention of the printing press.
