Prayers for this man.
My sister’s husband had half his stomach removed from cancer. And recently had brain surgery, but fortunately wasn’t cancer. He’s only 39 and has a 5 y/o daughter.
He is the 2nd most generous man I know after my Father.
If He wanted to appear, he would leave no doubt as to who He is. He would not look like a folded tablecloth.
Did you try to talk to him?
I still pray to Jesus wherever I am
Having said that,...Prayers up for your wifes recovery and treatment.
Things like this get my attention for whatever reason. Just like angels are babies with wings or women in nightgowns. Any angels we are told about are male men, not babies with wings or women. There are so many misconceptions by Christians not reading the Bible, it's getting critical, IMO. People that die don't become angels, they are saints. You frankly don't want to be an angel. Jesus didn't die for angels, He died for you. The angels long to look into our Salvation, they don't understand it. So may misconceptions about the Holy Spirit and many other subjects. People that say they see Mary in buttered toast or a Popsicle melting on concrete just make Christians look foolish.
I heard some very good advice from a TV preacher one day. He said If you are going to remain a Christian, at some point you will have to read the Bible.
Reading the books of Psalms and Isaiah will give you the most descriptive verses on Jesus in the Bible while Jesus was on the Earth, especially Isaiah 53:2. Of course, Revelation will describe Him as He returns in His glorified body, but nowhere does it say how tall He is, what He looks like, or even His hair color. Jews were to never cut their beards and the Bible says men should not have long hair. Most pics of Jesus show a European with long blonde hair and trimmed beard.
I see a dolphin. Big eye and that dolphin smile.
Dear Lord, please bring healing and consolation to this couple. May your loving arms embrace them, and may your gentle words comfort them. Through Jesus’ name. Amen.
Nope. I don’t see Jesus either.
I see Jimmy Durante wearing a shroud. Or a nun’s habit.
I don’t see Jesus there. But that doesn’t mean that He isn’t there, somehow, beside you as you go through challenging times. God bless you.
