He tried to make the case that homosexuality is not sin if it is not acted upon. The man has no concept for Christ's teaching:
Matthew 5:27 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: 28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
Yeshua not only did not dispense with the Mosaic Law, He raised the standards of obedience.

Using your misguided logic heterosexuality is also sin. If being a homosexual implies that you automatically lust after men (and therefore sin), doesn't being a heterosexual mean that you automatically lust after women (and therefore sin)?
Is an alcoholic who never touches alcohol a sinner simply because he is an alcoholic?
