If we had only Matthew, then I can understand where Baptists are coming from, but don’t Baptists ever read the first two chapters of Luke, the whole two chapters? Yes, Mary clearly knows the score. These two chapters give us the prologue to the great drama of salvation, and foreshadow much of it. They might be called the Gospel of Mary.
