To call the Muslims what they are and the Godless Communists what they are in open discussion will have people viewing you as a nutcase. I was talking to one lady and mentioned the Communists at work in our nation in the vein of our talk not out of the blue and she suddenly drew in her breath in shock. I asked her why as it was obvious that she believed it also, she told she knew it also but was surprised to hear someone state it so bluntly. We have become a nation of cowards, hiding our true beliefs in fear of disapproval by other folks. I have decided that I will not do this and let the chips fall where they may. Merry Christmas!
I forgot to mention that I left the Methodist church for exactly the reasons stated in the original post. Most Methodists are not aware of the hierarchy of the United Methodists actions and beliefs being slowly feed to them by stealth. My original preacher fought the Bishops and ended up taking forced retirement from the church. I have said nothing until recently because my preacher asked me not to when I discovered what was going on, he said these people would knock down the doors to get out if they knew. So I did as I was asked with his assurance that he would never preach their doctrine or send any of our local church money to the United Methodists instead use every dime on our church even if it took some creative accounting.
The preacher that followed him was not that type of man and so I left. I hated to because a lot of good people are still there. Merry Christmas!
