(Now I am wishing once again we had a Maronite Church somewhere near us!)

Do you have the Aramaic version memorized? No. The Our Father is prayed in English in the Maronite Churches. AFAIK, only the monks at Petersham chant it in Aramaic.
Here in the US, the Entrance Dialogue and the Consecration are chanted in Syriac Aramaic (the language of Christ) in the Maronite Divine Liturgy. Otherwise, the mass is in English - how much better to hear and absorb the rich and beautiful prayers.
