In October, 2003, Mr. Tom Pennington, former Executive Pastor of Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, California, became the fulltime pastor of Countryside Bible Church. He was installed October 26, 2003 with Dr. John MacArthur presiding.

I know at least one thing has ceased since the book of Acts:
The canon of Scripture is now closed, and has been for many many years.
That is a must see for anyone curious. For those who don’t have the band width or time to watch the whole thing it also includes the transcription to read at one’s leisure. Thank you for posting that.
