The Two Witnesses and Today's World Leaders
IFB ^ | 11/11/13

Posted on 11/11/2013 3:31:57 PM PST by The Ignorant Fisherman

What a horrifically EXPONENTIAL amazing time is just before us in which the world of today is absolutely oblivious to (1 Thess. 5:2-3). The Day of the Lord is at hand in which the godlessness, lawlessness and violence of man will reach its EXPONENTIAL zenith (2 Thess. 2:2:8-12, Rev. 6-19)! What is amazing is that the very world leaders we see today raging and conspiring against Israel and Almighty God's RIGHTEOUSNESS most likely will be the very ones who will give their power and authority to the upcoming beast (aka- Anti Christ - 2 Thess. 2:3-12, Rev. 13, 17:12-17).

These present day world leaders may also be the very ones who - during the first 3 1/2 years of the tribulation period - will seek to destroy Israel and Israel's Divine protectors (the TWO Lamp Stands of Almighty God- Rev. 11:2-6). It will be at the end of Almighty God's Two Witnesses 3 1/2 year ministry that these world leaders will rejoice greatly in their new godless leader's (aka -the Anti Christ) assassination of Almighty God's indestructible Two Witness's temporal demise (Rev. 11:2-7). So VEXED, so TORMENTED, so ENRAGE will this war ravished world and their leaders be at Almighty God's Two Witnesses and their RIGHTEOUS message that when their 3 1/2 year ministry finally comes to and end (Rev. 11:7) the world and its leaders will REJOICE exceedingly and give their FULL allegiance to the risen Beast (Anti Christ) who will now DOMINATE the world stage for the last 3 1/2 years (2 Thess. 2:8-12, Rev. 11:7-14, Rev. 13, Rev. 17:13-17).

The "SUPER NATURAL" of this seven year period will be as common as the "non-super natural" of our day. MOSES and ELIJAH (the Two Witnesses) will zealously protect Israel, EVEN in Israel's unbelieving state (Ezek. 39:26, Rev. 11:9) from the world’s enraged nations and demonic legions (Rev. 9, 11:5-6). It is our personal belief that Moses and Elijah (Almighty God's Two Witnesses) will be used of Almighty G-d to bring about the massive destruction of Gog of the land of Magog and his Islamic confederacy and armies (Ezek. 38-39, Rev.11:5-6).

As the Two Witnesses of Almighty God's ravished bodies lay in the streets of Jerusalem for 3 1/2 days, the remaining world will EXCEEDINGLY rejoice and praise the Beast saying, "Who can make war with the beast? - Rev. 13:1-4)". However... the Two Witnesses greatest VICTORY is about to be seen! Can you imagine the glorious godless mood of the world at this time when these Two Men are finally disposed of? In the world's godless hearts and minds there is now no limit to what their godless imaginations will take them, for they TRULY believe that they have finally rid the world of Almighty God and His Two Witnesses (Gen.11:6, 2 Thess. 2:8-12, Rev. 11:10-13).

"And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth. And after three days and an half the spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them. And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven." Rev. 11:10-13

With Moses and Elijah's resuscitation and ascension in front of all their enemies into Almighty God's presence they have now WONDROUSLY confirmed and affirmed all of what they have stated for the last 3 1/2 years! All what they have stated WILL come to pass and the Devil himself can NEVER stop it (Dan. 43-44, 7:13-14, Rev. 11:15, 17:17, 19:11:21, 20:1-10)! What is most astounding and amazing about this future event is that the godless world leaders and their peoples at this time will NOT repent, but sell their souls to the Anti Christ and partake of the abomination which leads to ETERNAL desolation all the way to the Battle of Armageddon and ETERNAL Damnation (Zech.14:1-4, 2 Thess. 2:8-12, Rev. 14:9-11, 16:13-16, 19:11-21).

WOE, WOE, WOE.... to those in that Day!

The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!

of course it is talking about spiritual regeneration, the question is, according to the Bible, how does one have their sins remitted, receive the Holy Spirit and be placed into Christ? the Scriptures are quite clear, and Christians have believed it for 2,000 years. on the other hand, we have those teaching the 16th century tradition of men.

excellent, of course look at Acts 9. nothing you will find there contradicts Acts 22, Paul needed to wash away his sins in by baptism. God is not the author of confusion.

“Jesus did say make disciples and baptize”

i would ask those that deny the orthodox, historical and Biblical understanding of baptism:

what is baptism for? if you hold to “sola scriptura”, please cite book, chapter and verse that tells us what is baptism. please don’t Jesus commanded it, yes we all agree on this. i want to know from the Scriptures alone, WHAT IS BAPTISM FOR?

So Noah and water are pictures of a Christian (water) baptism, you say...

I don’t say it, the Holy Spirit thru Peter says it.

for those who still doubt the “washing of regeneration” refers to baptism, i would refer you to Ephesians 5:26

“that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word”

well what to you know, i guess Christians actually did read and understand the Scriptures before the 16th century!

And HERE is the reason 2 Tim. 2:15 is so important.

That is true... the bottom line is the Gospel according to the Scriptures (1 Cor. 15:1-4) is priority one in getting out. That we are not to ever compromise. I also do believe that we should not just dismiss prophetic teachings. It might cause a disagreement but it should never cause a division... but sometimes there is a place to be separated. John 14:3 to me speaks of the Rapture a personal coming for those who are of the body of Christ.

Yes of course my friend, that is always the bottom line... but one must use the prism of the Jew to see Scripture in its right perspective. That is the key the Holy Spirit will uses. What is amazing is that many want to throughout the key and open the door.

Amen and True... one way through the Messiah! Savior of the World... to the Jew first and the Gentile second but both equal in John 3:16!

Here is an interesting point: 1 Thess. references the Rapture of the Church in each chapter (1:10;2:19;3:13;4:15-17;5:23). 2 Thess. focuses on the Second Coming of Christ, with His saints returning with Him, us. The first tells us where we will be going and the second tells us Who we will be returning with.

"The first tells us where we will be going and the second tells us Who we will be returning with."

and this one about what we might be doing...

"Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon his name. And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not." (Malachi 3:16-18)

All of it my friend... The Book of Revelation is the grand depot of all the Scriptures and prophecies throughout its entire volume. Lamp-stands, beasts, angels, plagues, demons, imagery (Rev. 12), New Jerusalem, Babylon, second coming fulfillments, titles for the Messiah, Lamb, 144,000 witnesses, olive trees, etc.. etc.. Even the Church the bride of Christ/Messiah and the wedding supper are taken in the context of the Jewish culture of that day. Jesus in the flesh was a... son of Abraham! (Matt. 1, Like 3:23-38, John 1:10-14) also Paul, Peter, John.. all Jews who believed the Messiah.

My friend, The verse that you quoted is very true, there are no difference IN Christ/Messiah (Rom. 7:4, 12:5.

“So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.: Rom. 12:5”

“For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. 1 Cor. 12:12.”

If Jewish, Italian, Polish, Black, Spanish, Indian, Persian etc.. etc... all who have received the Messiah are placed in the body and are redeemed.

The Old Testament prophesies for Israel must be fulfilled and they will in the very near future.

God still has a plan for the nation of Israel, Read Romans 9-11.

When the Lord is done with the Church (made up of Jews and Gentiles) he will remove it and then deal with Israel to lead them to repentance through the 7 year tribulation.

Look into it my friend and see for yourself.. be objective and challenge your belief system.

God speed!

David

“And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.” (Jude 1:14,15)

LOL, no one understood Scripture for 1,500 years.....Joseph Smith is right there with you!! this is what all false prophets teach.

How could they understand it??? Origen taught your religion that it's all allegorical...And that practice is still going strong to this day...

To: Just mythoughts

We will have to disagree on that.. it is seven (Daniel’s 70 weeks and all that... 1 week of years is left. Daniel 9:24-27). Also added up the two witnesses global ministry 3 1/2 years and then the Beast’s 3 1/2 years and that equals 7. (Rev. 11:3-7 then Rev. 13:5, 19:11-21)

The Book of Revelation is given by Jesus Christ Rev. 1:10-20

Secondly... I never stated that it was... but global tribulation at EXPONENTIAL levels. Wars have only globalized with more technological destruction and human causalities. What do you think the next global war will look like? Rev. 6 and 9:15-21 tell us. 3.5 billion slain!! Shazamm! We have no more room to move as a world and we possess highly advanced weaponry with EXPONENTIAL consequences to follow...

Also again assemblies not individuals.

Thanks for your reply! Debate is good to think it out on both sides!

Dave

My friend, that is symbolism and God tells you who the are.

Witnesses (individuals), Churches (assemblies) and angels/messengers

The Jehovah witnesses are the biggest alagoryizers who add outside human thinking to identify Biblical symbols to promote their apostasy..

2 Peter 2:20-21

LOL, no one understood Scripture for 1,500 years.....Joseph Smith is right there with you!!

Actually, invoking Smith works against you, because he is rejected by us for the same reason Rome's traditions are. Both Rome and Mormonism (learning form the former) claim to be sole one true church, and the supreme authority on Truth, and the only assuredly correct interpreters of Scripture and history, thus rendering both as supporting their claims. But Scripture does not support this presumption, nor was the church was established under the premise of an assuredly infallible magisterium, as per Rome.

And both make another purported revelation to be equal or superior to Scripture.

In contrast, those like myself do not claim to be the sole one true church, or need to hold that the church was in apostasy till the 16 century. For just as Rome allows that baptized Prots are born again despite not holding that baptism is what effects regeneration, so those who were baptized believing the risen Lord Jesus to save them on His blood-expense and merit, as damned+destitute sinners, could also have been born again despite misunderstanding (among other things) baptism as being how regeneration was effected.

Apollos was also saved though in need of knowing the way more perfectly.

Nor do we see ourselves to be the supreme authority on Truth, as Scripture is, or claim to be the assuredly correct interpreters of it, but must make our case by appealing to the hearts of truth seekers by the "manifestation of the Truth" (2Cor. 4:2)

And in so doing i do not reject baptism as required obedience, but hold that it is the faith that baptism both requires and expresses that realizes regeneration and appropriates justification. Thus Cornelius and co were born again before baptism as Scripture teaches.

But while you charge us with novelty, we are still waiting for you to stop avoiding answering the questions,

since RCs refer to their magisterium as the alternative to private interpretation and its the errors, where is your denial of the regeneration of Cornelius and co. before baptism taught? And officially?

And why do you deny this of Cornelius and co, unless you believe it is impossible for one to be regenerated before baptism?

for those who still doubt the “washing of regeneration” refers to baptism, i would refer you to Ephesians 5:26

Doesn't matter...washing of regeneration still doesn't mean water baptism...

Eph 5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

1Pe 3:21 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:

Baptism is an answer (from us)...It is not something God does...It is something we do...

Water baptism does not clean the filth of the flesh which the bible defines as moral filth...

And if your religion doesn't know or believe that, yes they have been wrong on that and numerous other doctrines since their creation...

If one choses to believe what the scripture says, it is the 'word' that is doing the cleaning...
