God wanted the scripture written the way it was for the specific purpose of showing the two different "rocks" Jesus had in mind. That's just circular eisegesis and meaningless. "My interpretation of the Scriptures is correct because God wanted the Scriptures written in such a way that my interpretation would be correct.". That's all you're saying.

That's all you're saying. Similarly, according to Rome's interpretation, or decree, only her interpretation can be correct in any conflict. For Rome has presumed to infallibly declare she is and will be perpetually infallible whenever she speaks in accordance with her infallibly defined (scope and subject-based) formula, which certifies her declaration that she is infallible, is infallible, as well as all else she accordingly declares.
