Not your dumb idols, which hear nothing and can do nothing.
You're grouping Mary, the mother of Christ, in with "dumb idols"? Even by fallen-away kids wouldn't talk like that! Gives me something to be happy about in that regard, I guess.

But I'm sorry the Catholic Church did nothing for you; did you participate in her Sacraments daily? Adoration? Confession? Today at Mass, there were only 18-20 people, small crowd in a small parish. By the time we got up to leave, 12 or so were walking behind us. Each one of them stopped to kiss and hold [for quite some time] the very large [and somewhat bloody] crucifix of Jesus out in the lobby. It was one of the most touching things I've ever seen. Latinos, Indians, an Oriental couple, a Black lady, and a few whites too. You don't even see crucifixes in non-Catholic churches. Watered down way to worship IMO.

Nay, just the blasphemous statue you call Mary, which cannot hear you. Don’t get the two confused. The true Mary needed a savior just like everybody else.

That's because Jesus is not still hanging on the cross.

He died, was buried, and rose again. The cross and the tomb are empty.

THAT'S victory.
