Actually Protestant Christians seem to understand Mormonism better and are seen as the most dedicated to educating the public on Mormonism, in fact they takes lots of flak from Catholics and liberals for it.
It is Catholics that are famously susceptible to Mormonism as new recruits, and who are usually defending it on threads here at FR.
