Sinful? Does this then give everyone the potential for an immediate "out" when they had previously said to one another:

Marriage is a contract.
If you know, in your soul, in your own conscience, in what Vatican II and the Church has always called the “Internal Forum” -— that the “contract” was not valid?
The “External Forum” of a formal Church Annulment is not required, in order to remarry.
It is not to be taken lightly but it EXISTS, and you do not do the Church any favors by denying the existence of this option.
