Matthew Schnabel, a senior majoring in social work...who said he spoke as a student...“But Christianity is about love and faith; it isn’t just about what can be proven or found, but also what we believe in our hearts and minds.

Hmmmm...I always thought it was about repentance and asking God to cleanse us to be more like His Son.

Here we go again...

Romans 6:15 "What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid."

Those who wish to pretend to have faith in Jesus Christ and also to abide in sin always cherry-pick the concepts of forgiveness and love - and leave out essential related doctrine - so they can spread a doctrine that somehow sin is acceptable to God.

Of course this is a vile lie; Scripture teaches that the unrepentant sinner will get their wish and be eternally separated from God, and those who repent, who are truly born again of the water and spirit, the children of God, shall be with God.
