Interesting. I never looked at it like that. Your point is well taken. Still either way, the whole tribulation/rapture bit does not even appear on my radar. The point is for us to have relationship with the Father now and plow forward with the kingdom of heaven in this life rather than turning our eyes away.
I wholeheartedly agree on that point. Its just that Jesus said I would not have you ignorant about the end of time and the signs are here that this world as we know it doesnt have much time so urgency is paramount to alert those who can still make a decision. Even teaching about the rapture and what will follow for those who refuse who might realize after all those people disappear and make a decision.

Yes, but the two are not mutually exclusive. We have to have both.
