Yup. They were still under the Law until Jesus died and the curtain of the Temple was torn in two.
Jesus could not have commanded anyone to break the Law and still remain sinless to be the sacrifice for our sins.
If He had sinned, it would have blown everything.
So, no, He could not have told them to drink blood and no, He could not have changed the Law.
The law specifically called for the stoning of the woman caught in adultery. Jesus prevented them from following this law. Was that a sin?
Jesus allowed his followers to glean wheat from the fields on the Sabbath. This was a clear violation of the law. Was this a sin?
Jesus healed on the Sabbath, a clear violation of the law. Was this a sin?
so all men had to be circumcised until after the Crucifixion....I didn't know that....and the no pork thing, I thought that they did away with that also....
