Its up to you of course, but Catholic homilies at mass usually aren’t very long and your presence there is for the purpose of prayer, so you can light a candle for the priest and say a prayer instead of listening intently to the message and letting your blood pressure go ballistic.

Of course you can always go to a foreign language mass near your residence, and let the whole message go over your head.
