All pornographic actors are required to log all of their sexual activities, including with whom, and have been since 2000. Since that time, virtually all HIV infections happened due to private sexual activities.
All active actors are now tested at 30 day intervals, and positive test results lead to all sexual contacts for the last three to six months being contacted and re-tested.
The bottom line is that the tiny number of the thousands of active pornographic actors, who have contracted HIV, is a tiny fraction of a percent; far lower than for the population as a whole.
