In my personal life the most frequent, vicious, and unfounded attacks come from Baptists, of all people. Most of what they think about Catholicism is untrue and doesn't have any basis in fact.

Bible says you're wrong...

I found that most don't even understand that by grace ye are saved, and not of yourselves, lest any man should boast. They confuse people by failing to rightly divide the Word.

Or perhaps it's because you guys constantly pervert the scriptures as you just did with this post...

Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

First of all, I am relating personal experience from the behavior and ignorance of Baptists in my area today and throughout my adult life. So how can you say ‘the Bible says I’m wrong? About what?

Nice try to say I ‘perverted’ the Scriptures. I was operating from memory, which is why I didn’t cite a specific Book and verse. But the sum and substance of what I wrote is accurate. I know it’s hard, but do your best to stay on topic.

By the way, smart guy, I notice you don’t address rightly diving the Word, the most important thing in my post. You’re not one of the many ignorant Baptists who lack understanding, are you?
