Well, I’ve already answered your question. It’s in the Apostles’ creed, which we have documented evidence going back to the Fourth century.
You keep assuming that ‘absence of evidence = evidence of absence.
We don’t have an original copy of the Gospels dating back to the first century. So, by your own standards, we have no evidence of a connection between the Apostles and the Gospels.

2. Yo provided no link between you 300 year start date and anything that ever happened previously.
3. Your last misstatement indicates you do not understand the evidence of transmission.
