As I recall, the poster in question posted somewhat... “zany” ideas about UFOs and the like, and the postings were considered spamming, and was told in no uncertain terms, on multiple occasions, to knock it off.
As well, again, if I recall correctly, the poster also published on another site a rather nasty opus that, in part, questioned Jim Robinson's mental health and provided a pseudo-diagnosis of JimRob’s supposed mental problems. JimRob published the opus here at FR:

I don't remember whether this came before or after the poster's banning, but in either case, it certainly made any chance at reinstatement a bit unlikely, LOL.
In addition to being, more or less, a final burning of bridges with FR, this, of course, was an egregious violation of the poster's supposed professional ethics, as the poster claimed to be a clinical psychologist. An alternative explanation is that the poster was not really a clinical psychologist, and thus, no violation of professional ethics occurred, merely fraud.
It would be nice to think that the poster was banned for rabid, irrational anti-Catholicism, but alas, that is not a bannable offense here on FR.

Apparently, he hadn't the guts to post it here.
In any case, RegulatorCountry, it IS definitive.
You're welcome.
