The entire structure, vestments, images, architecture, rituals, and Holy days (holidays) of the RCC have their origins in paganism. The Protestant organizations are after all daughters of the RCC and have retained many of the pagan practices and have even added some in certain cases. Besides, everything in the Mass, the structure of the altar, the vestments, every movement, gesture, and word in the Mass, and the Holy Days are directly from Scripture.
