Hmmm...I thought “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name...”
There is no mention of 'receiving the Lord' in the post...Apparently that's not a qualifier for those who think they are redeemed already...There appears to be a significant UNITY in those religions, atheism included, and the great uniter is doing good works for mankind...They are redeemed because they do good for mankind...
