Do you not understand what the question mark signifies? I someone is asking a question (ie with a question mark) how in heavens name is that “reading someone’s mind”? I seriously questioning the public school education system.

Christ already settled the issue of sin at the Cross in relationship of humanity with God. Sin has already been judged. We are immediately forgiven upon faith alone in Christ alone. We are not saved by faith in the Church, nor in traditions, nor in any other thing other than Christ.
Once He has forgiven us, and gives us eternal life, even He doesn’t take that away.

Easy if you’ve received a blow to the head. So, basically, when Christ says “I am the First and the Last” He is speaking of the Father within Him, and not really of Himself, but in the same sentence when He says “who was dead, and is alive”, He’s reverted to speaking to Himself.

What, exactly, would be the benefit of joining the Roman church? We would be moving from a position where we have faith in Jesus Christ and are thankful for a salvation that was not won through our merits, to instead losing this security, and now having an intermediary between us and God who lays upon us a new yoke we never knew before! So, what, exactly, is so wonderful about that?
Ecce homo. When anyone repeatedly posts the unsubstantiated and things counter to known and documented fact he is begging that we judge on the relative merits of his person and credibility. When you put yourself to this test you have to accept the findings.

There is no problem with what I believe or said. I am a convert and have done a lot of research into Christ’s Catholic Church before accepting the authority given to it by Christ and therefore its tenets. I happened to research many other Christian denominations and other religions as well. It was through that research that I came to the conclusion that all (I think we’re at 40,000 and counting ?) Protestant denominations were false.
Please do not tell me I blindly obey. It’s uncharitable and insulting.
You may be posturing your responses so as to win a game show, but this is not a game or oven a contest. Many of your sources, like Barnes commentary are not legitimate sources, and out of context pastings from legitimate sources must be considered in their greater context. Deciding for yourself what is theologically true and what is not is not faith, but egotism. Nothing you can post will alter the truths expressed by the Magisterium.

What is really being said is that if you don't acknowledge the brilliance of those who seek to discover or decode God's hidden messages you are either an idiot, a mind numbed robot or are being uncharitable and hurtful.
