By not attending, the person most hurt is yourself for you deny yourself reception of our Lord, Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity. It was not the nature of the elements eaten at the Lord supper that determined a valid participation in the only manifest account in a church epistle of ther Lord's supper, but by showing the Lord's death by recognizing each other as being part of the body, by unselfish sharing in that Supper.
Despite the claims made for the Catholic Eucharist, my experience has been that it effects no real manifest change in the recipients.

What utter nonsense to think that they receive Christ in the Eucharist. Christ dwells within His believers. Why would they need to receive Him?
