I’m new here and that is the impression I’m getting as well. It was like that in Christ’s time and it continues in ours.

Now can someone help me with a basic question? How do I quote with italics like some of you have done here?

To put something in Italics you use the HTML tags:

<i> [text to be put in italics] </i>

For a linebreak: <BR>
For a new paragraph: <p>
For boldface: <b>[text]</b>

This can be helpful to set off long quotations:

<blockquote>

[text to be indented]

</blockquote>

A lot of HTML tags work.
