Just MHO but I do think there is a legitimate place for doctors in addition to prayer and the full acceptance of God's faithfulness.
But verse 5. from your quoted text has three parts, all of which are in the conjunctive. That means all three must be present for your conclusion to apply.
I don't think going to the dentist for a broken tooth or taking blood pressure medication or even medication for pain etc. means that the person trusts in man alone.
We live in a fallen world and will die in a fallen world.
Also, I have seen people delivered from demonic affliction and fully recover through spiritual warfare.
On the other hand I have seen people get well after medical treatment because of legitimate chemical imbalances and so forth.
When we get sick we pray for healing, whether it's us (me and wife) or one of the kids. But my 1 year old with Downs Syndrome doesn't have any sin issues to resolve at this point so I don't readily blame him when he gets a cold. We pray for him and often have to use a nebulizer with medication so he can breath.
I don't think that's wrong.
Just my opinion though.

.
What use is there for doctors when we have full healing at our disposal for doing what we have to do anyway to have eternal life?
Doctors cause more illness than they can allieviate. They prescribe deadly drugs like blood pressure meds and statins that greatly shorten life, as a routine event. Blood pressure is safely and effectively controlled by just eating a proper diet, and statins have no legitimate purpose at all, since the LDLs are actually produced by your liver to save your life. You would bleed to death through your blood vessels without them.
