How do you know that he wasn't talking to him about Jesus? Really, this condemnation of a man who has just lost a child and whose soul we really cannot know is very distasteful. It would be distasteful even if it happened to an atheist.
This is what FR has become. It was always like that a little bit, but no more than you see it in the general population.

The Bible says to judge what is wrong... and false teachings. If that offends you, that is about you, not me.
I never said that it was not sad. We can pray all we want for atheists and feel terrible about it, but that isn’t going to save them.
