Hell is real. Most of us are going there. The only place that I vary from the aforementioned doctrine being that after the sinner has undergone sufficient punishment, which balances his deeds, God will totally destroy him. Total annihilation being the "Second Death" mentioned in the bible.

Hmm. First death is a physical death. Second death is a spiritual death. As best as I’ve been able to glean, that death is being thrown into fire everlasting. It wouldn’t make sense to be “destroyed” if the fire was everlasting.

The only one way ticket from going to hell is placing your trust, hope, life and soul in the only way God planed it.

A unsaved sinner, those in whom have not accepted, or believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for their savlation will be punished for their sins.

Remember ? It's the blood atonement, nothing else, that God wants, and sees.

Those who were chosen in Christ before the foundation of the world ?

The bible tells us that we were crucifided in Christ, with Christ, buried with Christ, and once and for all rose with Christ.

All our sins, those who are in Christ " HAVE BEEN " already have been punished in another, another body, the body of Christ.

Our sins have been punished by God if you are in christ.
God's judgement has passed over you.

So now ? when God looks at you ? you have fullfilled all of the law, since Jesus Christ fullfilled ALL of the law.

Therefore, there is now condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

Before someone says " yeah, but it warns those who are waling in the flesh " ....

Yes, the flesh can also mean, sins, lust, so on and so on, but, those are the fruits of walking in the flesh.

What does Paul mean here by walking in the flesh ?

Is ? Human effort... carnal means, fleshly, meaty.
That's were we get the word, Carniverious.... i.e. carnal.

To walk in the flesh means, human reasoning, human self righteiousness, human self efforts without the help from God and God's holy spirit..... a religious persons .. i.e. Keeping the law thinking it will win your salvation.

Walking in the spirit ?
Walking in the spirit of grace.

And anyone who thinks that all of this is gibberish ?
You are walking in the carnality of your mind, and not walking in the spirit of Grace.
For the natural mind can not and will not understand the things of the spirit of God.

I agree with you. Hell is real and there is real punishment in Hell right now, but at the Great White Throne Judgement talked about in Revelation, Death, Hell and all that are in Hell are judged then destroyed in the Lake of Fire (ie, the “second death” or the death of the soul).

One verse that really makes this more understandable is in 1 Corinthians 15:54 where it talks about “this mortal taking on immortality.” A person doesn’t take on immortality until they accept Christ as savior. This immortality isn’t a physical immortality but the immortality of the soul. In order for a person to be tortured forever and ever (as many have been falsely lead to believe) you would have to have an immortal soul but only the saved have an immortal soul.
