As a point of order, I am not Uri's wife - A fact that he is no doubt thankful for, as my form factor is not suitable for that job description : D
However, my FRiend Uri'el (and his wife) will certainly appreciate your prayers and kindness.

God is the same today as The One Who kept Moses for a hundred and twenty years old and his eyes were not dim, nor his natural force abated. HE NEVER CHANGES nor a respector of person. We know that for HE SAID IT so we know Uri'el will arise and walk AND drive. Case closed!

We thank you Father, for the answered prayers for our brother Uri'el, and we ask you to continue to guard and hold our brother in your hand and let no thing work against his healing.
We ask you Father, to confound his doctors with your healing touch, far beyond their understanding, and make him an example of the power of your hand, and your love for those that love you. Make his healing so speedy and complete, that all may know and glorify only you.
Fill him Father, with assurance and peace, that your Will will be done, and that your Will is never set against those who find their peace in you. Surround his wife, children, friends and family with that same assurance, with that same peace, that they will praise your Name and know that you are with them, without any doubt.
We thank you for your Son, that we may approach the altar boldly to praise you, Father, and to ask you any thing. For by the stripes of Yeshua the Messiah we are healed, and by His Name we can approach you, and by His Name we ask all things.

Actually, it came from God's Word to my heart then proceeded out of my mouth and full circle back to God. God's Word doesn't return void. Thank You, JESUS!

Side note: The name 'Uriel' is one of the four 'Watchers' (archangels) of the heavens (Daniel 4:13) and is linked to the star Antares.
This is one of the four key stars in the heavens, also called archangel stars. Michael (Aldebaran) watcher of the East. Gabriel (Fomalhaut) watcher of the South. Raphael (Regulus) Watcher of the North. Oriel (Antares) Watcher of the West. At one time they marked the two Equinoxes and two Solstices. Aldebaran marked the zero Aries point in 3044 BC, Antares marked zero Libra 3052 BC, Fomalhaut marked zero Capricorn, 2582 BC, Regulus marked zero Cancer 2345 BC. As one of the four Royal stars of Persia its name was Satevis; but, as their lunar asterism, it was Gel, the "Red" the Sogdians changing this to Maghan sadwis, the "Great One" saffron-colored. While Michael and Gabriel are both mentioned in scripture the names Uriel and Raphael are not as obvious. Their roots however are.

I am not expecting an update for a while - I just hung the thread last night, so it is pretty up to date. Our FRiend has a long road in front of him - So please do pray HARD (but pace yourself) : )
I will let y'all know as soon as I get an update, but neither do I wish to intrude - I am sure his wife has plenty to worry about right now.
I join in urgent, earnest prayer for him!
I had openheart surgery several years ago. Never told anyone except Hardraade who has stuck with me through thick and thin although he’s a million miles away. But any doctor who would tell someone that they would be good as new after just afew weeks is nuts. It took me a year to recover and I have had three attacks since then, mostly in the last two years.
I know what he is going through and it breaks my heart. G-d willing, he will pull through this. So yes, I am praying very hard for him and his family.
Prayers lifting, for his continued healing, and for God’s guidance of his medical team.
And prayers of strength, for all who know and love this good man.
Dear Lord, hear our prayers.

Last night I read every one of the replies on Uriel's thread to him over the phone. I cannot begin to tell you how touched he was! That thread is so anointed that even as I read it to him the presence of the Holy Spirit was palpable.
We were amazed to see how many FReepers have also experienced the effects of this infection, and overcame and are here to encourage us to do the same.

Wrt 'over the phone'= Remember that Uriel's wife has a compromised immune system, and with the seriousness of Uri's infection, she is prevented from being at his side. I think y'all can imagine how hard that is for them both... Please keep them in your prayers.
This is looking like a long haul (6 to 8 weeks at least). Expecting updates weekly/bi-weekly unless conditions change.
