Golly! A half dozen verses that reference something about election, vs 500 verses about the role of faith and believing. Hmmm...
“No one has ever been up to Heaven except the Son of Man who came down from Heaven. For God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son, so that every one who believes in him shall not be lost, but should have eternal life. We are chosen IN HIM.
Ephesians 1:13 - “In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit...”
The scripture cannot be broken. When Paul says that no man can call Jesus the Christ, save by the Holy Ghost, we can believe it. Therefore, your 500 verses must make room for the ones you find inconvenient.
