The Vatican has never confirmed that he was in the SSPX seminary, so where does this statement, presented as a fact, come from? He’s a part of the Italian fashion industry. He’s been on the cover of Italian fashion magazines and the inspiration for fashion lines.

This was finally reported in 2009 by French magazine L'Express.[4] No one at the Vatican has ever officially denied it.
