So commending the Bereans for checking with scripture to see if what someone teaches isn’t an indication that scripture is the final authority in your mind? Really?

Ironically (hypocritically) the whole support for tradition is appeal to Scripture.

It is by default, recognition of the final and absolute authority of Scripture.
