Cardinal Luis Tagle was one of the 6 elevated in the "surprise" November 2012 consistory. When he approached the Holy Father, tears streamed down his face. You can see in this photo how Pope Benedict XVI grabbed his shoulders and offered his reassurances. It was a truly beautiful and moving moment.
