Gee, it couldn’t POSSIBLY be that these were a couple bored Catholics on break. You do know that Catholics work at DHS too (it is a massive organization)? You suffer from rather severe narcissism if you think the government is monitoring YOU. Apparently they didn’t teach you Occam’s razor where you got your doctorate.
