Apparently someone took offense at it, even though IMO it was hilarious! For the others who missed it, it was a political cartoon hosted at the blog Mommylife of Obama dressed like a pope, sitting on a throne in the "Church Of Obama", in front of stained glass festooned with "O" emblems, an announcement board declaring "why your beliefs mean nothing" and the Declaration of Independence stuffed in a shredder. Obama holds out his left hand to a nearby cardinal and tells him that "you may kiss my ring".
