Wow, and I thought that the 2nd amendment was under attack. I guess the first amendment was also thrown under the bus, as it applies to conservatives and pro-life.

Some animals are more equal that others. The Constitution only applies when the far left extremists want it to apply, and only for their people. The First, Second, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, and Tenth Amendments are no longer taken seriously, not under Obama’s people.

The first amendment was attacked and trampled on a long time ago just like the fourth and the second. This commie president will tear this country apart and then in 2016 Hillary will finish it off with the help of her draft dodging husband.

I thought mobility within the US was covered by Article IV of the Constitution?

“In Corfield v. Coryell, 6 F. Cas. 546 (C.C.E.D. Pa. 1823), the federal circuit court held that privileges and immunities in respect of which discrimination is barred include:

‘... protection by the Government; the enjoyment of life and liberty ... the right of a citizen of one State to pass through, or to reside in any other State, for purposes of trade, agriculture, professional pursuits, or otherwise; to claim the benefits of the writ of habeas corpus; to institute and maintain actions of any kind in the courts of the State; to take, hold and dispose of property, either real or personal; and an exemption from higher taxes or impositions than are paid by the other citizens of the State.’”

Sure seems that way to me. This appears to be about as direct a violation of his first amendment rights as there could be.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

I can see this not applying when they talk about a public non-government event like a baseball game. I could also see him being removed for distracting the event (i.e. Code Pink at a State of the Union Address).

But to bar him from an American city because the government didn't like what he said or how he said something really seems to be crossing the line.
