There is a fine Latin Mass community not far from here. I know Priests who say Mass there and many who enjoy attending.

For the other 3/4 of us who grew up after Vatican II and don’t speak a lick of Latin, this is not the wave of the future.

‘...not the wave of the future’

I grew up with the latin mass, Catholic school, born 1957, and I have attended a few more recently, but I shudder at the thought. Dont want to learn it, dont want to sit in mass longer, dont want to for all kinds of reasons!

Just want a novus ordo in good form.
If the pope decrees a hybrid mass containing both latin
and local language, hybridizing both Novus Ordo and Latin forms, as a replacement to the Novus Ordo and there is talk! That would probably be best.

Good day
