Get these cases before juries ~
Time would be better spent having the legislature pass a secession from the union resolution.
It’s not the going to jail part I fear, it’s the indignity of being forced out of business by such unAmerican lowlife people.
I dont understand how feminists who think their reproductive system is 0% of my business can possibly think it is 100% my financial responsibility.
Where do EBT buyers go when all the stores are closed and the owners are in jail?
if Cuccinelli and his boss were so concerned with preserving the constitution, then why have they flooded the electorate with illegals? It is only when HE is getting his toes stepped on that he starts thumping his chest. What a hypocrite! We had such high hopes for Cuccinelli and McDonnell but both are just more wind....
“My local bishop said he told a group, `Well, you know, I told a group I’m ready to go to jail,’ and I told him, `Bishop, don’t take this personally - you need to go to jail,” Cuccinelli said, trying to balance levity with seriousness.”
Bishop DiLorenzo?
Here’s what I want to know: Seems to me there are plenty of countries with socialized health care. What did the Church do in those countries like Canada and Europe? Is their system different or what? What’s the difference between the state mandating you have to pay for something that is against one’s faith and the state paying for the same thing with one’s taxes? I mean we have been funding planned parenthood for a while now.

In the Citizens United case the Supreme Court held that corporations can spend money to support or oppose candidates, that to limit such spending is an unconstitutional ban of free speech.
The First Amendment says:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
It follows then that corporations can spend money to support or not any given health insurance program, that to limit or mandate such spending is an unconstitutional ban on the free exercise of religion.
