This is how a vocal, well organized minority can move nations. This is how communists came to rule Russia and how homosexuality and drugs are now acceptable. You can’t play defense all the time. Always being against things. The most successful conservatives didn’t go around talking about what people shouldn’t do, but what they should. Much easier selling a point of view when you’re actually for something. Even if that is traditional values.

It's a continent-sized, hi-tech version of the "Diamond Tactic", with the Democrat "mainstream" newsrooms providing the corners of the diamond.

Exactly. We are led to believe that the opposite of light is darkness. But, you can’t create a “flashdark” that can shine darkness into a well-lit corner. Dark is only the absence of light. The two are not equal in any way.

We’ve allowed the secular left to paint us into a corner where we are strongly against many dark things, but we are only weakly in favor of the light. This is true for Christians as well as Conservatives (and yes, I know that many people are both but it is far from 100%).
