the effecacy of a sacrament does not depend on the state of sin which the minister of that sacrament is in....it probably effects his own soul, but not the sacrament. Consecration, even by a man who is not in the state of grace is no less effective than by a man in perfect harmony with God.

If Catholics think that God is hearing their priests with that kind of sin on their hands and in their hearts, they need to think again.

One only need read Jesus words to the Pharisees to understand how He would address the RCC leadership today. Those who truly want salvation had better turn to Jesus alone and heed the words in Revelation. “come out of her my children”.

All the talk of "Ecumenicalism" and restoring Christian unity is no more than a trick for everyone having to agree to bow the knee to Rome and accept the Pope as the leader of Christendom. For nearly one thousand years, the Eastern Orthodox have not been bribed or cajoled into this Faustian bargain and if they will not, it's a good bet the rest of Christianity won't be either. I certainly will not.

That Mary is exalted as the Mother of the Church is another of the many parallelizations btwn the Lord Jesus and Mary seen in Catholicism, and thesupererogation of praise and adulation can often be seen as eclipsing that given to the Lord Jesus who created her for His holy use.

Just the fact that Catholics don’t see the error in the whole Mariology thing is indication of the lack of the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. It is impossible for the Holy Spirit to allow the focus to be shifted from Jesus to Mary.
