Jews have 613 commandments from G-d in the Torah, (gentiles have 7 by the way... noahide.org) and 7 from our sages, these 620 have may offshoots and subcategories of course, like pocket protection, or say, flicking a light switch on Shabbos. When you say “no takanos” it’s codeword for heretic (scary word for one who does not believe in the written and oral Torah given to Moses by G-d on Mount Sinai.) So your proof doesn’t fit the test case anymore. Not Orthodox Jews and can’t therefore prove to me how they, Orthodox Jews, disagree with a fundamental teaching of Jewish orthodoxy, ie, we are now in the 11th day (on the east coast) of the 4th month in the 5773rd year from when...wait for it...NOT from when G-d said,” Let there be...” but rather from when He created man on the 6th day.
