Remember--anyone can call himself a Baptist and start a church. This is a repulsive nut and should not be taken seriously as a leader.
Think Westboro. Normal Baptists can't stop them from calling themselves Baptist, but their filth is not representative of the denomination.
Back in the 1970's, there was a "Baptist" book store in El Monte, Calif., whose owner was a self-styled Nazi. Most of the materials sold in the store were about Nazi ideology and there was virtually no devotional literature or books on Christianity or Baptist theology.
